Tip: You can use leftover cooked chicken, or purchase a cooked chicken from the grocery store.
Ingredients
Light Mayonnaise | 50 mL | 1/4 cup |
Mango Chutney | 50 mL | 1/4 cup |
Multigrain Tortillas | 4 25 cm | 4 10-inch |
Cooked Chicken, cut into strips | 250 g | 8 oz |
Mango, sliced | 1 | 1 |
Red Onion, cut into thin rings | 1/4 | 1/4 |
Loosely packed mesclun mix | 1 L | 4 cups |
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chutney.
- Spread 2 tbsp (25 mL) of the mayonnaise mixture on each tortilla. On the bottom third of each tortilla, place one-quarter of each of the chicken strips, mango slices, red onion rings and mesclun mix.
- Fold the 2 sides, then fold the bottom of the wrap up over the filling and roll until tight.
