If your knees and hips tend to get stiff when the weather is cold and damp – give this a try. It will also boost your energy when the weather is gloomy.
Exercise
- Bend your right elbow and slowly lift your left knee.
- Slowly lower and repeat on the other side.
- If you feel wobbly, support yourself by standing between a door frame and as you lift your leg, hold onto the side of the door frame.
- Repeat 10 times on each leg. Take a short break and try 10 more on each side.
