Give your whole body a good stretch.
Exercise
- Place your hand on your thighs.
- Stand with your feet in “duck feet”. Toes pointing out.
- Bend your knees slightly.
- Inhale and stretch up. Feel your back get long as you stretch your arms up and out in front of you. Open your fingers wide.
- Exhale and bend your knees and return your hands to your thighs.
- Do 5 repetitions.
