Give your whole body a good stretch.

Exercise

  • Place your hand on your thighs.
  • Stand with your feet in “duck feet”. Toes pointing out.
  • Bend your knees slightly.
  • Inhale and stretch up. Feel your back get long as you stretch your arms up and out in front of you. Open your fingers wide.
  • Exhale and bend your knees and return your hands to your thighs.
  • Do 5 repetitions.
