Fruit Filling
- 6 Cups Peeled and sliced apples
- 1/3 Cup Unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate thawed – do not add water
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Flour
Mix together in a large bowl. Then place in an oven-proof dish.
Topping
- ½ Cup Brown sugar
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Soft Butter
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Combine the topping ingredients. Cut in butter using a pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly. Stir in.
- 2/3 Cup Rolled oats
Sprinkle topping over apples and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 -35 minutes until fruit mixture bubbles and topping is brown.
Makes 8 servings. Approx. 250 calories
