Fruit Filling

  • 6 Cups            Peeled and sliced apples
  • 1/3 Cup          Unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate thawed – do not add water
  • 1 tsp              Cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp            Flour

Mix together in a large bowl. Then place in an oven-proof dish.

Topping

  • ½ Cup            Brown sugar
  • 1/3 Cup          Flour
  • 1 tsp              Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp            Soft Butter
  • 2 Tbsp            Vegetable Oil

Combine the topping ingredients.  Cut in butter using a pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly. Stir in.

  • 2/3 Cup          Rolled oats

Sprinkle topping over apples and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 -35 minutes until fruit mixture bubbles and topping is brown.
