Lower Back

The lower back is one of the most commonly pulled muscles in the body, and many of us are all too familiar with the pain associated with a lower back muscle strain. This month, we will be promoting lower back health by offering an easy and simple exercise to strengthen the muscles in the back (Hip Bridge), and one to increase flexibility in these muscles.
