Getting to the gym to work on your muscle strength can be expensive and challenging to fit into your daily schedule. If this sounds like you, consider encoropating easy and quick exercises that you can do at home into your routine. One such execise is the chair squat, which can be done at home, even during the commerical breaks while watching TV!

Steps:

1. Stand in front of chair, feet hip-distance apart, toes forward. Lean chest slightly forward

2. Bend knees, tap (don’t sit!) bottom on chair, then stand up. Keep your weight in your heels and keep knees over toes

3. Do 10 to 12 reps
